Briarcliff-Peekskill Trail

DESCRIPTION: A 13.4 mile hiking trail from Blue Mountain Reservation in Peekskill, across the Croton Dam, past Bald Mountain, and through Teatown Lake Reservation to Briarcliff. description and a map of Teatown Lake. Also, the Teatown-Kitchawan Trail originates at Teatown Lake. 

HOW TO GET THERE: Yorktown sections of the Briarcliff-Peekskill Trailway are accessible at Teatown Lake Reservation and John Hand Park at Bald Mountain. The only direct access for parking is on Blinn Rd. There is no parking where it crosses Route 134 or Spring Valley Road, but you can use the Lakeside Trail from the Teatown main parking going west along the lake. The parking for the southern end in Yorktown is from Grace Lane (roadside parking). The parking for the northern end in Yorktown is from Croton Dam.
